Terms of Service

1) Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years old, or the legal gambling age/age of majority where you live—whichever is higher.
• Do not use the Services where prohibited by law.

2) Social casino terms (no real-money gambling)

• The Services are for entertainment only and do not involve real-money gambling.
• No prizes of real-world value are offered or awarded.
• Any virtual coins, credits, points, or items ("Virtual Items") have no cash value, are not redeemable for money or value, and cannot be withdrawn or cashed out.
• Virtual Items are non-transferable except where we explicitly allow within the game.

3) Accounts & security

You are responsible for your account activity and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of unauthorized use.

4) Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds (if offered)

• Purchases may grant Virtual Items or access to features. Virtual Items remain licensed, not sold.
• All sales are final except where required by applicable law or the applicable platform/store policy.
• If you purchased through Apple, Google, Steam, console, or another platform, refund requests must be submitted to that platform unless we state otherwise.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals may result in removal of Virtual Items and/or suspension or termination of your account.

5) Prohibited conduct

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, using bots, scraping, or interfering with the Services.
• Harassment, hate, threats, or unlawful content.
• Attempting to buy/sell/transfer accounts or Virtual Items for real-world value.
• Reverse engineering or circumventing security or access controls.

6) Intellectual property & license

We and our licensors own the Services and all related content (including software, art, logos, and trademarks). We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.

7) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or for operational/security reasons. Upon termination, your license ends and you may lose access to Virtual Items without compensation.

8) Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LANTERN MOSS CLUB WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10) Dispute resolution & governing law

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve issues informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Unless prohibited by applicable law, you agree to bring any claim in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
